Reaching a quota
When a quota is exhausted the platform stops starting new work but never deletes anything. Existing reports, documents and monitors remain readable, and quotas reset on your billing anniversary.
Invoices
Every invoice is downloadable as a PDF from Settings → Billing. Enterprise workspaces can be invoiced annually against a purchase order.
