Verification never completes
DNS TXT records can take up to an hour to propagate. Confirm the record resolves publicly, and make sure the meta tag is in the server-rendered HTML rather than injected by client-side JavaScript.
Scan finishes with zero pages
Usually robots.txt disallows the crawler, or a WAF is returning 403. Check the evidence log for the first blocked request.
Cookies appear that the site does not set
Embedded video players, chat widgets and ad pixels set cookies from their own origins. The inventory attributes each cookie to the request that created it.
A published document shows an old version
Embed snippets are CDN-cached for five minutes. Hard refresh after that window, or reference the version-pinned URL.
