Core concepts
Workspaces, sites, scans, findings, severity and compliance score explained.
| Concept | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Workspace | Billing and membership boundary. All sites and documents belong to one workspace. |
| Site | A verified domain, including the subdomains you choose to include in crawls. |
| Scan | One crawl of a site at a point in time, producing evidence and findings. |
| Finding | A single detected issue, e.g. an analytics cookie set before consent. |
| Severity | Critical, high, medium or low — driven by regulatory exposure, not by count. |
| Score | 0–100 rollup of open findings weighted by severity and page reach. |
How the score is calculated
Each open finding subtracts weighted points from 100. Critical findings weigh roughly eight times a low finding, and issues on high-traffic pages weigh more than issues on an isolated page. Resolving a finding restores its points on the next scan, not immediately.
Where each concept lives in the app
| App area | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Workspace-wide score, recent scans and open critical findings. |
| Sites | Add and verify domains, set crawl scope, manage per-site settings. |
| Scans | Launch runs, watch progress and open completed reports. |
| Reports | Triage findings, inspect evidence, export PDF/CSV/JSON. |
| Documents | Generate, edit, publish and version legal documents. |
| Monitoring | Schedules, baselines and alert routing. |
| Settings | Members, roles, API keys, webhooks and billing. |
