Prohibited Activities
- Scanning websites you do not own or have explicit permission to scan.
- Using generated policies as definitive compliance documents without professional legal review.
- Attempting prompt injection through URL submissions.
- Automated mass scanning without API access.
- Reselling scan results without attribution.
- Using the service to generate false compliance certifications.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access for any breach of this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

If you believe your site was scanned without authorisation, email coo@checklegal.ai with the domain and approximate time.
